I don't have any patients this morning and I didn't like the Friday Five I saw (It was all about laundry. Laundry is all I ever do, I don't want to be reminded of it. ;-) So, I am going to write my own Friday Five:

  1. What is your first memory?
  2. The earliest thing I can recall is being around 3 years old and wandering out of the house. I remember being awestruck at the immensity of the world outside. It seemed limitless, at the time.
  3. Are you wearing any jewelry right now? What is it?
  4. I'm wearing a stainless steel Swiss Army watch on my left wrist and a silver band on my right pinky.
  5. Name one of your favorite books and tell us why you like it.
  6. Catcher in the Rye has always been one of my favorite books. I like it because it nails the angst and insecurity I felt as a child.
  7. What are you going to do this weekend?
  8. Not sure about saturday yet, but I'd like to take a drive out to Tomales bay and check it out. Sunday we are takling my grandfather to Father's Day Brunch.
  9. If you could visit one place on Earth for a week, free of charge, where would it be, and why?
  10. I'm dying to go to Italy and Greece. My mother's family is from Italy and I've always thought the Mediteranean would be an amazing place to visit.

I hate laundry. It is evil. Laundry deserves to be burned!

We can just buy more clothes. Or wear nothing at all.

Both of those options sound like perfectly reasonable alternatives to doing laundry.

I definitely like your Friday Five better than the one they had about laundry. I agree with you...that one was kind of bland. I don't think people are too interested in my laundering habits.

That's debateable.
