I have static cling like a mofo today.  What is UP with that?  It's driving me nuts. (yarr)  I even use Bounce!  :(

I finished Wicked last night. God, what a great book.  I'm in love.  That was #22 on my reading list.  I'm just about done with David Sedaris - Barrel Fever(Thanks Kim!) and the book I just started: George R Stewart - Earth Abides is a short novel, so I should be able to squeeze one more in there and finish my 25 book challenge by the end of the year.  I don't know how some of you read 50 books.  That's insanity.  Maybe I'll try for 30 books next year.  ;-)

Nice icon.

David Sedaris is one of my favorite authors. He makes me laugh and laugh.

Oh yeah, I'm dying when I read some of the stuff. This book is in my car so I usually read it when I'm at lunch and people always look at me like I'm crazy, eating and laughing with my face in a book. ;-)

I thought Wicked was one of the sharpest and most clever novels I'd ever read. Nothing that followed even came close in depth or wit.

I totally agree. Have you read Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister or Mirror, Mirror? Confessions was really good, too, although not as good as Wicked. I just ordered Mirror, Mirror.

Yeah, I've read all of his stuff. There's also Lost and some kids books.

Confessions is also my second favourite, and after that I feel they take a swift downward turn.

Shoo, don't listen to me. Books are too subjective to listen to my opinion. :)

I'll be doing well if I finish, like, 5 books this year.

Then again, the books I read have lots of pages. Plus there are magazines, books broken up into individual articles, interesting web sites, etc. So I'm reading more than it may initially appear.
