Whoa, this message board is WEIRD! I don't have any idea of what to think of that.

Anyway, I heard a kickass song earlier: Era - Enae Volare Mezzo. Download it, it's FREE on the internets!

Not smoking is...lame.

It's been about a month for me now. I still get mental cravings, but they are SOOO much easier to deal with than the physical ones the first couple weeks. Keep at it. I spent a lot of time sleeping just to get one more day knocked out. I miss it, but I am starting to see the benefits of being a non smoker. I wasted so much time, hahaha, I swear, if I was cleaning, I would do the dishes, go have a smoke, dust, go have a smoke, it was my reward. I have also noticed a difference in my cash flow which I didnt think I would.

To keep myself from lighting up I would think about how freakin hard it was the first few days, I didn't want to go through that again.

That's good to hear. Mostly it has not been hard for me at all(I'm sure that tune will change when I get off the patch) except when I'm drinking.

Congrats!

Yea, the first time I tried cold turkey, I lasted about a week. Then I used the patch, that made it a lot easier. I stopped using the patch when it ended up on Marc's pants one day, haha. I figured I must not need it anymore since I wasn't even wearing it. My dad said "good thing that wasn't a birth control patch".

Was it on the inside or the outside of his pants?
