I fucking feel GREAT!!!

So, I've been working out for a few months now. No huge weight difference; Actually, I think I'm getting heavier, which is good. I was steady at around 210 there for a long time and kept wanting to be back at 185-190 like I was in HS, then I finally realized that I'm not in HS anymore. :-D I'd say the ideal weight for my frame is around 210-220. I'm 6' and not HUGE-framed, but I have very compact and long muscle structure. My thighs are like two cinder blocks. Seriously. Anyway, I feel so good lately. I have so much more energy. I've been backing off the smoking, too. And, guess what? For the first time in maybe 5 years, I CAN SEE MY SIX PACK!!! Woooooo!!!!! (Incline crunches/lateral crunches/Rocky situps are the only way to fly.)

Anyway, the fat-loss has been very slow, which is good, because it means I haven't been starving myself. I've made sure to keep eating. I think I'm eating even more than before, since I eat breafast almost every day now. I figure by this summer, I will be in better shape than I have ever been in my life. I plan on picking back up on my cycling and rack up at least a thousand miles this season. That is my goal. (STFU, Liam!) It's not huge, but I don't want to intimidate myself, just getting back into it.

Then, in four years, Le Tour! Well, maybe not. :-D

I am SO looking forward to moving my treadmill into my new place, where I can actually use it. Woo hoo!

And congrats on your steely frame. You stud, you! ;)

Um, yeah, you're poor, when you have a boat, and that fancy entertainment system. You can talk poor when you have a 20 year old fridge you keep just because it will refrigerate to some extent (we had one like that....it was older than me when it finally died last year).

BITCH! :)

Re: Thanks! :-)
Does this mean you and Eddy won't be subsidizing our SDMB membership fees?
