Woke up early today(for a weekend) and racked the zinfandel to the secondary fermentor(carboy). After one week the specific gravity is down from an original 1.090 to 1.016 today. Fermenting wine kind of stinks. Then I had to go in and take some 48 hour pictures on a cisternogram. Man, this patient was not in good condition. I kept thinking he was going to stop breathing at any minute. On the way home I decided to pick up another keg of Sierra. I figured that since the first ones went so quick, I would pick up a 15 gallon one this time. Whoa, those puppies are heavy. I haven't carried one of those since I was in the army. I was a little worried it wouldn't fit in the fridge, especially after the makeshift floor I put in caved in under the keg's weight. Never fear though, with the help of some dumbell weights I managed to wedge it in there. I always knew those weights would come in handy.

Sorry about the blurriness, but my arms were tired after lugging that thing around.

Dude, your dumbbell weights are supporting your keg! That's delicious irony.
