I made this recipe for chevre filled chicken breasts tonight and it was really good! I'll definitely make it again but I'll improve the sauce and make some risotto with it. Yumm! The cheese tasted really good, btw.

Yum. One of my favorite quick and dirty pasta sauces with chevre involves putting the cheese, a couple of handfuls of fresh spinach, and a few cloves of garlic into the food processor. Whizz until it's creamy and green, and then toss with warm pasta. It lightly coats the noodles and doesn't leave puddles of sauce behind. Nice and light.

The chevre was delicious! Great job....

Thanks for the use of the beer equipt. I bottled right before we dropped your stuff off, nothing like the last minute. The beer was still carbonating a little, so I put in less priming sugar.

Were in London now, hanging out with one of Kim's old housemates. Gloomy and cold here, exactly what you would expect from London.
