Just got back from a seven mile run. Well, actually two 3.5 mile runs, with a 15 minute break in between. I averaged 10 minute miles! That's damn good considering all the smoking and not exercising I've been up to. I could really feel it in my knees though, ouch. I definitely need to step up the running after the tri next weekend. This will be my last "long" run before that though. I'll do a few more 2-3 mile runs but more importantly I need to get on my road bike and swim a few more times. I also need to practice transitioning at least once.

Two more days until a three day weekend (and Dopefest) in SF. Woo! I'm really excited about this weekend. It should be the bomb.

I could really feel it in my knees though, ouch.
